At A Beautiful Friend, we believe the most meaningful celebrations are found in the personal details. We help plan and create memorials, celebrations of life, milestone birthdays, graduation parties, showers, anniversaries, retirement celebrations, ladies’ luncheons, holiday gatherings, themed parties, and other special occasions.
From developing a theme and choosing décor to creating personalized touches, displays, activities, favors, food-presentation ideas, and memorable guest experiences, our goal is to bring the pieces together in a way that feels personal, meaningful, and beautifully yours.
We also understand that creating a special event often requires services beyond what A Beautiful Friend provides directly. When you need photography, catering, florals, entertainment, specialty printing, or other services, we’re happy to connect you with trusted local vendors.
We can help communicate your vision and serve as a go-between when helpful, while each vendor remains an independent business with their own pricing, contracts, and payment arrangements.
Whether we’re creating the details ourselves or helping you find the right people to complete them, the goal is the same: to make planning easier and help you create a celebration that feels thoughtfully connected from beginning to end.

Package Options & Included Décor
Package recommendations and personalized quotes are provided following a consultation. Final pricing is based on the event’s size, scope, location, guest count, level of personalization, décor selections, and specific service needs.
Décor & Additional Purchases
Reusable décor, displays, equipment, and supplies provided by A Beautiful Friend remain the property of A Beautiful Friend. Personalized or consumable items created specifically for the client are theirs to keep. Specialty or custom décor and purchases beyond the scope of the selected package may be available for an additional cost. Any additional costs will always be discussed and approved before purchases are made.
Outside Vendors & Services
Fresh florals, catering, photography, entertainment, specialty printing, outside rentals, venue costs, and other third-party services are not included in package pricing. A Beautiful Friend is happy to provide trusted referrals and assist with communication and coordination when included in your selected package; however, referred vendors operate independently and provide their own pricing, contracts, and payment arrangements directly with the client.
Setup, Breakdown & Cleanup
On-site setup and event-assistance time varies by package. Breakdown includes the removal and collection of A Beautiful Friend décor, displays, equipment, and reusable supplies only. It does not include general event or venue cleanup, food removal, trash disposal, table clearing, or removal of items belonging to the client, venue, or other vendors unless separately arranged in advance.

Every celebration is different, and we understand that your vision may not fit perfectly within a package. Additional services, personalization, décor, or planning assistance may be added when available and will be discussed during the planning process, so you know what is included before moving forward.

À La Carte Services & Customization
À la carte services may be selected individually or added to a package. Personalized quotes are based on quantity, materials, complexity, customization, and the time required.
Digital Designs & Printing
Programs, brochures, signs, graphics, games, and other digital designs are priced as digital, print-ready files unless otherwise noted. Printing is not included. Specialty printing may be arranged separately when available and would be an additional cost.
Photos, Videos & Client-Provided Content
Clients provide the photographs, names, dates, wording, and other information needed for personalized designs. Tribute video quotes are based on the selected service level, number of photographs, and customization requested.
Tribute Video Music
Clients are responsible for providing or selecting music appropriate for the intended use. A Beautiful Friend cannot guarantee that copyrighted music will be permitted on social media, websites, or other public platforms.
Centerpieces, Backdrops & Décor
Décor pricing varies based on size, quantity, materials, and complexity. Basic balloon arches may be available as part of a selected design. Larger or specialty balloon installations, fresh florals, specialty backdrops, custom materials, and outside rentals may require an additional charge.
Favors, Keepsakes & Personalized Items
Pricing for favors, keepsakes, guest books, memory pieces, and other personalized details may include design only unless otherwise specified. Materials, quantities, specialty supplies, and production costs may be priced separately depending on the item selected.
Revisions & Approval
Custom digital services include one reasonable round of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions or substantial changes after approval may require an additional fee. Clients will have an opportunity to review personalized information for accuracy before the final product is completed.
Scheduling & Payment
Availability and turnaround times vary based on the service requested and event date. Custom work begins once service details and any required payment or deposit have been received. Rush requests may be subject to an additional fee when availability allows.
Custom Work & Final Sales
Because personalized and custom-created items are designed specifically for each client, completed custom work is non-refundable once design or production has begun, except as otherwise required by law.
