Services & Availability
All services are subject to availability.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, viewing our availability calendar, or communicating with A Beautiful Friend does not automatically reserve or guarantee an event date.
An event date is considered secured only after all applicable booking requirements outlined by A Beautiful Friend have been completed.
Packages & Pricing
Packages, services, inclusions, add-ons, décor offerings, and pricing displayed on this website are subject to change.
Final pricing, services, responsibilities, payment requirements, and other event-specific details will be established in the client’s written service agreement.
Décor Collection
Décor displayed on our website represents examples of items that may be available from the A Beautiful Friend décor collection. Specific items, quantities, colors, styles, and designs are subject to availability.
A décor catalog may be provided during the consultation and planning process to help clients select available items appropriate for their event.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, décor supplied by A Beautiful Friend remains the property of A Beautiful Friend.
Clients may be financially responsible for décor or other property that is lost, intentionally damaged, or damaged through misuse while provided for an event. Specific damage, loss, replacement, and security-deposit provisions, when applicable, will be included in the client’s service agreement.
Event Services
A Beautiful Friend provides memorial and life celebration planning, event design, decorating, coordination, and related services according to the package and services selected by each client.
Only services specifically identified in the client’s written agreement are considered part of the contracted services.
Independent Vendors & Referrals
A Beautiful Friend may provide referrals or recommendations for independent businesses such as photographers, bakers, caterers, florists, entertainers, venues, or other event-related service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, referred vendors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of A Beautiful Friend.
Clients enter into agreements directly with these vendors and make payments directly to them.
A Beautiful Friend may assist with communication and coordination between a client and an independent vendor when appropriate; however, A Beautiful Friend is not responsible for an independent vendor’s pricing, availability, products, services, performance, cancellations, actions, omissions, or contractual obligations.
Food & Catering
A Beautiful Friend does not provide catering services unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
When included within the selected services, A Beautiful Friend may assist with menu ideas, food-display planning, presentation, setup, or referrals to independent food-service providers.
Food preparation, food safety, dietary restrictions, allergen information, and services provided by independent food vendors remain the responsibility of the applicable provider and client.
Weddings
A Beautiful Friend does not provide full-service wedding planning.
Depending upon availability and the scope of the event, services may be offered for celebrations such as bridal or baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, vow renewals, graduations, luncheons, retirement celebrations, and other special gatherings.
Deposits, Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposit requirements, payment schedules, cancellation provisions, rescheduling policies, refunds, and other financial terms will be established in the client’s individual service agreement.
The terms of the signed service agreement will govern the services provided for a specific event.
Photographs & Portfolio Images
Photographs appearing on this website are used to demonstrate examples of events, décor, designs, and services.
Images and other website content may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Any permission for A Beautiful Friend to photograph an event or use client event photographs for portfolio, website, promotional, or social media purposes will be addressed separately when applicable.
